  • Production time: every piece is made to order — allow 2–5 business days before your order ships

  • Total delivery time: most U.S. orders arrive within 7–9 business days (production + shipping)

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged, defective, or misprinted item?

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery: support@wearsingle.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no cost to you

Wrong size or changed your mind?

  • Because every SINGLE piece is made once and never repeated, we can't resell or restock returns — so we don't offer refunds for fit or preference

  • Instead, here's how we make it right:

    1. Donate the piece to a charity of your choice

    2. Send proof of donation (receipt or photo) + your order number to support@wearsingle.com

    3. We'll remake your order in the correct size and ship it free of charge
